📝 Reservation & Deposit 

A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your date and equipment. The remaining balance is due on the delivery day before setup.

🌦️ Weather Policy 

If weather conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, lightning, strong winds), you may reschedule at no extra cost. Deposits are non‑refundable but can be applied to a future date.

Si el clima no es seguro (lluvia fuerte, relámpagos, vientos fuertes), puedes reprogramar sin costo adicional. Los depósitos no son reembolsables, pero pueden usarse para otra fecha. 

❌ Cancellations 

Personal cancellations forfeit the deposit. Weather‑related cancellations may be rescheduled.

🚚 Delivery & Setup 

Delivery is free within 20 miles of our main service areas. Some locations may include a small travel fee. Setup and takedown are included 

Entrega e Instalación 

La entrega es gratis alrededor de 20 millas en nuestras áreas principales. Algunas zonas pueden tener un cargo adicional. La instalación y recogida están incluidas. 

📍 Setup Requirements 

The setup area must be flat, clean, and free of obstacles. A 110V outlet must be available within 50–75 ft.

🧼 Cleaning & Sanitation 

All units are cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental.

👀 Adult Supervision 

An adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times.

👟 No Shoes, Food, or Drinks 

No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside the inflatable. 

No Zapatos, Comida or Bebidas 

No se permiten zapatos, comida, bebidas, chicle ni objetos filosos dentro del inflable. 

 

🚫 No Rough Play 

No flipping, wrestling, pushing, or climbing on walls or netting. 

No Juegos Bruscos 

No volteretas, empujones, peleas ni subirse a las paredes o mallas. 

👶 Age & Weight Limits 

Follow the recommended limits for each unit.

🌬️ Weather Safety 

Stop use immediately if winds exceed 15 mph or heavy rain begins. Unplug the blower.

Pets are not allowed inside the inflatable. 

No Mascotas

🎉 No Silly String 

Silly string causes permanent damage and will result in a cleaning or replacement fee. ES

👥 Capacity Limits 

Do not exceed the posted capacity for each unit.
